Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans that align with the specific mental health needs of clients.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using a variety of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and proper record-keeping.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.
