Work Environment\n

Work Setting: This role is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth platforms to provide services. You will engage with clients through video conferencing and other digital communication tools, making your schedule more flexible while allowing you to make a significant impact from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of clients, fostering trust and rapport while navigating the complexities of each individual's needs.

• Conduct regular client sessions to assess progress, discuss stability and set future appointments, including discharge planning when appropriate.
\n
• Develop, implement, and continually monitor personalized, strengths-based treatment plans tailored to each client's specific objectives and challenges.

• Document client interactions comprehensively, including maintaining accurate progress notes and adhering to all confidentiality protocols.
\n
• Perform intake assessments to determine client needs and establish a foundation for effective treatment.
\n
• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance your skills and clinical judgment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a broad demographic, including individuals across various ages and backgrounds. As a telehealth provider, you will have the opportunity to support clients with varied issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship challenges and family dynamics, all from an outpatient perspective. Engaging with this diverse population will allow you to apply a wide range of therapeutic modalities to cater to the unique needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field.

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license, which should be unrestricted, current, and active.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for effective case management and documentation.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, showcasing your ability to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Comfortable with conducting intake assessments, which requires both technical skills and empathetic engagement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We operate on a fee-for-service model, providing guaranteed rates that pay clinicians ahead of collections, eliminating the waiting period for reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
