This position is entirely remote, allowing you to deliver services through HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. We utilize a cloud-based Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, making it easy for you to document sessions, manage client data, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements, including those for Medicaid and Medicare. You will have the tools and support necessary to focus entirely on client care without the distractions typically found in traditional office settings.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on identifying and treating various mental health issues, trauma responses, and dual diagnoses.

• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, with measurable goals to track their progress.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to conduct sessions, including managing scheduling and maintaining client confidentiality throughout the process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse patient population comprising individuals facing mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and co-occurring disorders. You will play a crucial role in developing a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and empower them towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee is mandatory.

• A minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
