Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and tailored interviewing techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments based on ongoing evaluations.

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care that supports clients' mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The offered salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
