Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches as necessary to meet specific client goals.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights, and contributing to comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
