Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing and nurturing rapport, ensuring professional ethics and boundaries are maintained at all times.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, facilitating discussions regarding progress, future appointments, and appropriate discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans, adapting to the evolving needs and goals of clients.

• Maintain up-to-date client documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in line with organizational policies.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information necessary for guiding treatment plans.

• Meet or exceed the expectations for delivering individual therapy sessions throughout the week.

• Participate in individual supervision and consultation to foster professional development and enhance clinical skills.

• Actively collaborate with fellow healthcare providers and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Demonstrate an ongoing commitment to professional growth and quality improvement in all aspects of care delivery.

Fusion Wellness Center primarily serves adults, children, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Our clients often seek out our services for help with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other emotional difficulties. By delivering services via telehealth, we effectively reduce barriers to access, ensuring that individuals receive the support they need in a timely and convenient manner.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) status, with no restrictions on practice.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is essential.

• Proficiency with technology and comfort using various software tools such as Microsoft Excel, RMS systems, and Outlook.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating a client-centered approach.

• Familiarity with conducting intake assessments effectively and empathetically.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LPC position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000. As part of our fee-for-service compensation model, clinicians will receive guaranteed payment ahead of collections, eliminating waits for reimbursement. Additional benefits include bonus opportunities, W-2 employment with a strong emphasis on maintaining work-life balance, and medical, vision, and dental insurance options, including supplemental coverage. Our clinicians also benefit from a 401k retirement plan with company contributions and malpractice insurance coverage.
