Work Environment\n

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work setting while also incorporating in-office interactions in our outpatient facility based in Nashville. We operate seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, allowing for a variety of schedules that can be tailored to meet both your needs and those of our clients. We emphasize the importance of work-life balance and offer support through administrative assistance and a dedicated scheduling team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and formulate personalized treatment approaches.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique path toward trauma recovery and resilience.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients through trauma processing, coping strategy development, and personal growth.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated, comprehensive care for clients, ensuring their emotional and mental well-being.

• Respond to crises with effective intervention strategies to support clients in trauma-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on trauma responses and available mental health resources, fostering informed support networks.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, promoting trust and compliance.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings, focusing on trauma-informed care practices and continuous professional development.

The clients you will serve are individuals seeking support for trauma-related issues, including but not limited to PTSD, anxiety, and depression stemming from traumatic experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, particularly with trauma-focused treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
