Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building trusting, therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, and plan for appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Create, implement, and continually assess individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure compliance and quality of care.

• Administer comprehensive intake assessments for new clients to establish their care needs and direct them to suitable interventions.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices and personalized approaches tailored to each client.

• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse outpatient population, which includes individuals and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling is required.

• An unrestricted, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.

• At least three years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting following graduation, demonstrating the ability to provide effective mental health services.

• Proficiency with technology and tools, including RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and email communications.
