Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments and develop personalized therapy plans that prioritize client goals and challenges.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

• Engage in professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay updated on industry best practices and new mental health research.

• Collaborate with healthcare colleagues to deliver cohesive and comprehensive care that addresses the physical and mental health needs of our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, families, and various age groups facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted LPC licensure in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to the field of mental health.

• Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a wide range of clients.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related therapeutic technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a generous sign-on bonus along with unlimited earning potential through performance-based incentives.
