Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to facilitate individual and group sessions.

• Engage clients in meaningful dialogue, ensuring a strong therapeutic alliance and supporting their journey towards recovery.

• Maintain accurate and meticulous clinical documentation, complying with legal and ethical standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Participate in continuous learning opportunities and stay abreast of the latest research in mental health to inform clinical practices.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment methods and adjust strategies as needed to maximize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass a diverse population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique circumstances, shape their therapy experience, and drive their engagement and motivation throughout the therapeutic process. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
