As a member of a multidisciplinary team, you will engage regularly with social workers, psychiatrists, and other therapists to implement comprehensive care plans.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest developments in mental health research and best practices.

Our clientele predominantly consists of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may be facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
