This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible scheduling and work-life balance. You will be part of an outpatient office setup, where teamwork and collaboration are key. Our practice operates between 7 am and 10 pm, seven days a week, ensuring that we can meet the diverse needs of our clients. You'll have access to a supportive scheduling and client service team, making it easy to focus on your clinical responsibilities without the logistical burdens often associated with outpatient care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients’ trauma histories and craft tailored treatment approaches.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans centered around trauma recovery and resilience-building techniques.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Deliver impactful individual and group therapy sessions, equipping clients with coping strategies to process trauma and bolster their emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and seamless care, ensuring that all aspects of the client’s mental health needs are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating the ability to maintain calm and effective communication in high-stress situations.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
