Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish appropriate treatment plans based on clients' needs and personal goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions employing various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer comprehensive care that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse client population presenting a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
