Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our outpatient treatment center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that foster connections among young adults, promote peer support, and facilitate meaningful discussions on their experiences and mental health journeys.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized counseling sessions that explore clients’ thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, helping them develop effective coping strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans identifying specific goals and addressing their personal needs, preferences, and clinical assessments.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback methods to evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on outcomes and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
