Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, establishing a foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices, ensuring they feel empowered in their recovery journeys.

• Monitor client progress regularly, tracking improvements and adjusting treatment plans accordingly to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
