Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will undertake several essential responsibilities, including:

• Managing a caseload of youth clients and fostering trusting relationships to empower them in their therapy journey.

• Conducting regular sessions to evaluate clients' progress and well-being while preparing for potential discharge when therapy goals have been met.

• Designing, implementing, and monitoring tailored treatment plans that put the needs and preferences of clients at the forefront.

• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date client documentation and progress notes in compliance with state regulations.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to accurately determine clients' needs and establish a therapeutic rapport.

• Conducting individual therapy sessions weekly, employing various therapeutic techniques and methodologies appropriate for youth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
