This role will be performed remotely, allowing you flexibility while maintaining a professional focus. However, you will also have the opportunity to work within our outpatient office setting when necessary, collaborating face-to-face with colleagues and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to devise individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic groups for diverse populations, including families and couples, focusing on improving interpersonal dynamics and mental health outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide holistic client care that addresses all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and client progress while utilizing our billing support services to reduce administrative burden.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship problems. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required for this position.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey is essential.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, with a demonstrated ability to engage with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive numerous client referrals and have access to support services for billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on client care.
