This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements while primarily serving clients in Lakewood, New Jersey, and surrounding areas. As a part of our outpatient office, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, leveraging the latest tools and electronic medical records (EMR) systems to ensure optimized care delivery. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and address the needs of your clients, ensuring individualized care plans are established.

• Maintain open lines of communication with supervisors, family members, guardians, and relevant stakeholders regarding each client’s progress and treatment updates.

• Develop and present a structured schedule for appointments, home visits, and necessary observations to track client development.
\n
• Organize and facilitate home visits, conducting in-depth observations, chart reviews, and interviews with staff and clients to collect essential data.

• Implement and monitor the effectiveness of program plans, ensuring they meet the therapeutic goals set for each client.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with colleagues on treatment strategies.
\n
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes to track client improvement and inform treatment adjustments.
\n
• Coordinate training sessions for staff and team members to ensure competency in program management and documentation requirements.

• Provide follow-up visits and continued support through interviews and observational assessments to enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate and accessible records, ensuring that important information is readily available for all relevant parties.

• Serve as a liaison between the mental health community and the public to advocate for program development goals.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a similar field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and availability.
