Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to develop customized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy—tailoring your methods to fit the distinct circumstances of each client.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care delivery.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems to document client progress efficiently.

Qualifications\n
