Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting individual assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse clientele, including individuals, families, and groups, through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, psychiatrists, and care coordinators, to ensure holistic and integrated client care.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems to streamline this process.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development workshops to enhance knowledge and remain updated with the latest mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse population that includes children, teenagers, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
