Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to establish individualized therapy plans for clients based on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver effective therapy to clients, including individual sessions, family therapy, and group counseling.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring methods to each client's situation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, sharing insights and strategies to ensure holistic care and meet the diverse needs of our clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with healthcare regulations, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
