Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing strong rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess progress, discuss stability, and facilitate transitions such as discharge as appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans for all clients.

• Perform intake assessments to establish initial client needs and treatment direction.
\n
• Deliver individual therapy sessions per week, adapting methods and techniques to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Engage in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and address case complexities.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work primarily with adults, children, and families experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on level of experience and caseload management. Our fee-for-service model ensures that clinicians are compensated promptly with guaranteed rates, eliminating delays in reimbursement. Additional benefits include:
