Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individual caseload of clients, establishing rapport through compassionate connection and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to track progress, discuss stability, and execute discharges when clinically appropriate.

• Design, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized treatment plans that align with client goals.

• Maintain detailed and organized documentation for each client including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Conduct intake assessments to gauge the specific needs and challenges of new clients.

• Provide individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote client growth.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and professional development to refine skills and further enhance therapeutic methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client population consists of individuals from varied backgrounds and age groups, including both adults and children. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in Washington State.
\n
• Minimum of one year of practical experience in a clinical outpatient setting, post-master's degree.

• Comfortable and capable of utilizing technology for record-keeping and communication, including familiarity with RMS systems, spreadsheets, and email platforms.

• Proven experience in providing direct psychological services to individuals and families.
\n
• Proficiency in performing intake assessments and developing treatment strategies based on comprehensive evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 70,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure utilizes a fee-for-service model, ensuring prompt payment with no delays in earning potential. Additional benefits include:
