Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a designated caseload of clients, emphasizing the establishment of rapport and fostering positive relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards and maintaining boundaries.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with clients to assess their progress, ensure stability, and discuss next steps towards discharge when deemed appropriate.
\n
• Create, implement, and continuously review person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for every client encounter, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational standards.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic approaches for new clients.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions throughout the week, adapting interventions based on client feedback and progress.

• Engage in structured individual supervision sessions to foster professional growth and receive ongoing feedback.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

• Embrace a growth mindset and stay current on best practices in mental health counseling to continually enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LPC at Integro will involve working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. The population served encompasses individuals requiring support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. This diversity of clients provides an enriching experience that encourages you to apply a broad range of therapeutic techniques and interventions tailored to meet specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• A current, active, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Washington.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficiency in using office technology, including handling Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and specialized software such as PIMSY.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, facilitating a variety of therapeutic practices.

• Comfort and experience in conducting intake assessments efficiently and compassionately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, structured under a fee-for-service model that guarantees payment ahead of collections, eliminating waiting periods for reimbursement. Additional compensation opportunities, including bonuses, may also be available.
