Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health, emotional well-being, and situational factors that may affect treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing a wide range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your approach will be client-centered, emphasizing effective communication and support tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• An active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Washington is mandatory.

• Experience providing therapy to individuals and/or couples, demonstrating competence with various therapeutic modalities.

• Strong proficiency in documentation, including client assessments and treatment plans, along with the ability to navigate electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
