Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients.

• Collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs, preferences, and goals, ensuring a client-centered approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment interventions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to promote understanding and involvement in the therapeutic process.

• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Work seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, attending case consultations and team meetings to discuss client cases.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in the treatment of mood disorders to incorporate new strategies into your practice.
