Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gain a deep understanding of clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and resources, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy, employing a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy tailored to clients' specific needs.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear therapeutic goals and identifying appropriate interventions.

• Facilitate impactful group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and community among clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and coordinated client-centered care.

• Offer evidenced-based crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans, ensuring client well-being during times of acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular consultation with colleagues and participate in team meetings to enhance treatment strategies and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited program.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
