Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that are in alignment with their unique needs, objectives, and personal preferences.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment.

• Provide education and support to clients and their families about mood disorders, potential treatment pathways, and healthy self-care practices.

• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated and comprehensive care approach.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance both personal and team effectiveness.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans meticulously to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

Your primary focus will be on clients dealing with mood disorders, as well as individuals facing challenges such as homelessness, refugee status, and victims of domestic abuse. Qualifications\n

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
