Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including clinical directors and fellow counselors, to provide comprehensive care for clients.

• Engage in thorough assessments to identify patients' negative behaviors, encouraging open dialogue about their thoughts and actions.

• Support clients in navigating their challenges, particularly in relation to addiction, by helping them identify and overcome harmful behaviors and urges.

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress, including charting clinical notes and providing referrals for additional services when necessary.

• Conduct and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring each client's unique circumstances and needs are prioritized.

• Administer and review client assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, to inform individualized treatment plans and facilitate the intake process.

• Foster and maintain positive professional relationships with clients, their families, and visitors while upholding confidentiality and a supportive atmosphere.

• Adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to remain composed under pressure and effectively communicate with both clients and colleagues.

You will primarily work with diverse clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to addiction, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid Social Work License as per state regulations (LPC, LMFT, or LICSW).
