Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake diagnostic assessments to establish initial treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Coordinate referrals to psychiatrists, advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs), or substance use disorder specialists for comprehensive evaluations when necessary.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies for clients facing issues such as low self-esteem, family conflicts, addiction, and suicidal ideation.

• Maintain precise documentation of client progress and treatment methods utilizing Electronic Health Records (EHR).

• Collaborate with clients’ families to track behavioral changes and communicate treatment efficacy.

• Provide crisis intervention and management services as required, ensuring clients receive immediate support during critical situations.

• Facilitate both in-person (when applicable) and telehealth therapy sessions, adapting to clients’ preferences and needs.

• Participate actively in clinical and interdisciplinary meetings, contributing insights that enhance the quality of care offered.

• Maintain professional licensure and adhere to all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA privacy standards.

• Engage in after-hours on-call service rotations along with weekend and holiday coverage among team members.
