Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have a variety of responsibilities that include:

• Crafting comprehensive case notes, client assessments, and evaluations that adhere to best practices and regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with clients and their support systems to develop personalized Individual Treatment Plans (ITP) that address specific mental health needs and goals.

• Assisting in administering, scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments to guide therapeutic interventions effectively.

• Engaging in supervision sessions with your site supervisor, sharing insights and receiving constructive feedback to enhance your clinical practice.

• Participating in regular staff meetings and collaborative gatherings with the clinical team to ensure coherent and cohesive patient care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the United States.

• No documented history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
