The work setting for this role is entirely remote, allowing counselors to engage with clients in a comfortable, virtual space. Although the primary hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, there may be occasional requirements for evening or weekend appointments to accommodate client needs. This position allows for a balanced work-life environment while still meeting the demands of our practice.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify and understand the mental health needs of clients.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are personalized to meet the specific goals of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling utilizing appropriate therapeutic interventions which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, or other evidence-based modalities.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, contributing insights and expertise to enhance comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards in all documentation.

• Engage in ongoing clinical supervision and participate in case conferences to foster professional development and enhance treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Guided Grace Psychiatry offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 – $80,000 per year, depending on experience, alongside a variety of bonuses.
