Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with low-acuity clients who are experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, mild depression, and transitional life issues. These clients have undergone a pre-screening process to ensure that they are matched with the right therapeutic support, allowing for focused and productive sessions.

Qualifications\n

• Hold an active license in Tennessee as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrate at least 2-3 years of relevant clinical experience with strong communication, empathy, and case management abilities.
