Key Responsibilities\n

• Your primary responsibility will be to deliver individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to guide your approach.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to treat a diverse clientele effectively.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care, participating in regular case conferences to discuss treatment progress and adjustments.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, adhering to legal and ethical standards set forth by the profession.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to remain informed of advancements in mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families, many of whom have limited access to mental health resources. Your expertise in treating a wide range of mental health conditions will help empower clients on their journey to wellness, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Must possess active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.
\n
• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting, is essential.
\n
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in the counseling profession.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and trust with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specializations in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma, or substance use disorders are highly regarded.

• Experience working within an electronic medical record (EMR) system and familiarity with telehealth platforms will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent upon experience and caseload. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
