Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in regular case reviews to ensure comprehensive care and optimal client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to all legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in mental health care.

Your work will directly impact individuals and families who face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds and may experience socioeconomic barriers to care. As an LCPC, you will play a critical role in helping them access the support they need to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling rapport-building with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n
