Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCPC at Life Digital Health, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks that directly influence the therapeutic journeys of your clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead impactful group sessions where clients share experiences and foster community, ultimately enhancing their understanding of shared challenges.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Offer compassionate, tailored counseling to each client, supporting them in exploring their thoughts and feelings to create actionable coping strategies.

• Formulating Treatment Plans: Collaborate closely with clients in developing individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that align with their unique mental health needs.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize assessment tools and client feedback to evaluate progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Regularly communicate and consult with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure a cohesive treatment experience, enhancing the overall effectiveness of client care.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois

• Strong understanding of mental health treatment principles and evidence-based therapies

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship

• Experience working with young adults in an outpatient or similar setting

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, continuing education reimbursement, and more.
