Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' needs, formulating clinical diagnoses and personalized treatment plans based on individual circumstances.

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness practices tailored to the specific goals of each client.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when clients are in acute distress, employing de-escalation techniques and safety planning to ensure their immediate wellbeing.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in adherence with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care that meets the holistic needs of the client.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health topics, therapeutic options, and community resources, advocating for clients' rights throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
