Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions to address diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders.

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and collaboratively developing initial discharge plans tailored to the needs of individual patients.

• Facilitating individual, group, or family therapy sessions, constantly adapting the approach based on real-time therapeutic needs.

• Creating and revising initial treatment plans based on assessments, coordinating with other services as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy services following both facility protocols and professional standards.

• Managing an assigned caseload effectively while demonstrating professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

• Participating in team meetings to discuss treatment plans and strategies for enhanced patient outcomes.

• Addressing and resolving patient concerns promptly, prioritizing their safety and satisfaction.

• Performing additional functions as assigned to support operational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will include servicing an eclectic range of clients—adolescents, adults, and families—across a spectrum of mental health needs. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through various stages of their mental health journeys, utilizing both individual and multi-family therapy approaches, and adapting interventions based on specific demographic and personal circumstances.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field.

• State-level licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated expertise in working with both adult and child/adolescent populations.

Preferred Experience\n
