Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological health, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic frameworks.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients—ensuring plans are rooted in evidence-based practices and updated regularly based on client feedback.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions across a spectrum of mental health issues, tailoring approaches to suit a variety of ages and backgrounds.

• Conduct couples therapy to assist clients in enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and cultivating stronger relational bonds.

• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting assessments, progress notes, and treatment modifications in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in crisis intervention and support clients in acute distress, providing immediate assistance when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
