Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients' concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as applicable.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies, providing immediate support for clients in acute distress or emergency situations.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, including documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists, wellness coaches, and social workers—to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment modalities, and local community resources; advocate for their needs and rights whenever necessary.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops to remain abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your approach will be client-centered and culturally sensitive, addressing the specific needs and backgrounds of each client to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in Texas.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Strong clinical assessment abilities and diagnostic skills.

• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

• Proficient in working autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.

• Dedication to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in practice.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical environment providing therapy to varied populations is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 and 100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
