Work Environment\n

This role allows for a flexible work environment as you will be working remotely, providing you the convenience and comfort of conducting sessions from your own space. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, affording you the ability to create and manage your own schedule to best meet your available hours. As part of our team, you will have access to in-house credentialing services and support with insurance participation, enhancing your ability to focus on client care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial psychosocial assessments of clients, determining appropriate treatment plans aligned with their needs.
\n
• Engage in regular communication with fellow clinicians and support staff to discuss assessments, interventions, and updates on interdisciplinary care plans during staff meetings, including patient rounds.
\n
• Develop and implement graduate-level clinical social work interventions that address the psychosocial, emotional, and safety needs of a diverse clientele, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups.
\n
• Provide ongoing case management and collaborate closely with community agencies and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for assigned patients.
\n
• Document all interactions and treatment plans transparently and ethically, adhering to departmental guidelines for timely record completion.
\n
• Integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities into practice to assist clients in achieving their personalized service goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient population, including individuals grappling with substance use, mental health disorders, and those requiring psychosocial support in a detoxification setting. Your role will be crucial in assessing their mental health needs and providing therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery, growth, and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential for this position.

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is a prerequisite.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in outpatient facilities or detox centers is highly favorable.

• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices, especially in CBT and case management.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
