Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological evaluations to pinpoint client needs, developing tailored treatment plans that establish clear goals and therapeutic pathways.

• Administer evidence-based therapy to individuals, groups, and families through various modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and family systems approaches, ensuring a holistic integration of treatment strategies.

• Work in conjunction with case managers, psychiatrists, and other health professionals to provide coordinated care, sharing critical information that shapes an integrated support system for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing your expertise to manage acute psychological distress effectively, thereby ensuring client safety and emotional support during emergencies.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to enhance mental health literacy, reduce stigma, and promote wellness among various populations through workshops, webinars, and educational forums.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical expertise will serve a diverse range of clients from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds, addressing multiple mental health challenges including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. This role enables you to enhance your cultural competence and adapt therapeutic strategies to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building therapeutic relationships and fostering trust with clients.

• Cultural competence, demonstrating sensitivity and adaptability while working with individuals from various backgrounds.
\n
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing documentation and administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
