Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as either an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong therapeutic relationships and rapport with clients.

• Demonstrated capacity for cultural competence, enabling effective work with individuals across diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Valor Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience, education, and licensure.
