Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent, and active license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) , or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of rapport and effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and competence in working with multi-ethnic and diverse clients.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring precise documentation and adherence to treatment timelines.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience with evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care is highly valued. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and credentials.
