Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, leading to the creation of individualized and strategic treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy, employing therapeutic modalities suited to various mental health concerns, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate seamlessly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, ensuring comprehensive and well-coordinated care tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Deliver crisis intervention services with immediate support for clients in acute distress, utilizing your clinical expertise to stabilize and guide them through critical moments.

• Participate in community outreach efforts to enhance mental health awareness, aiming to reduce stigma and foster a supportive community for those seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with clients from diverse backgrounds, including individuals facing disparities in access to mental health care. You will engage with various populations, addressing complex issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational concerns. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active mental health license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n
