Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs. Craft individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Deliver therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing diverse methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to each client’s circumstances.

• Coordinate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement integrated treatment approaches that promote holistic care.

• Respond to crisis situations effectively, offering immediate support to clients in acute distress. Leverage your clinical training and interpersonal abilities to assist clients in navigating emergencies.

• Participate in outreach programs to enhance community awareness regarding mental health issues, reduce stigma, and encourage individuals to seek the help they need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a wide spectrum of demographic backgrounds, including varying ages, ethnicities, socio-economic statuses, and mental health presentations. Providing culturally competent services is paramount; you will engage with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders, among others. Qualifications\n

• Valid and active independent licensure in Pennsylvania as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or as a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Educational background includes a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence, with an ability to engage empathetically with individuals from diverse ethnic and socio-economic groups.

• Excellent organizational skills, including attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping processes.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health or outpatient setting preferred, highlighting familiarity with integrated care approaches.

• Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to provide immediate support in urgent situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
