Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations using evidence-based tools to identify your clients' unique mental health needs and to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions employing various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Work closely with case managers and support staff to ensure clients receive holistic and coordinated care, leading to better treatment outcomes.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients in acute distress through effective de-escalation techniques and empathy-driven support.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and reducing stigma, reflecting our commitment to public education.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to establish meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients across different backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence to effectively engage with a diverse clientele.
\n
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation and managing caseloads effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in an outpatient setting is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
