Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs through detailed interviews and standardized evaluation tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on best practices and therapeutic frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using therapeutic techniques to promote healing and resilience.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to provide coordinated care tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies and immediate support in times of distress.

• Participate in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health issues and expand the reach of our services.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for candidates possessing a master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
