Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage in various therapeutic activities, including:

• Conducting initial psychosocial assessments to evaluate the needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that appropriately address client challenges.

• Providing graduate-level clinical interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.

• Collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care through regular communication, documentation, and participation in patient rounds.

• Managing casework for your assigned patients by coordinating with hospital and community resources to deliver comprehensive support.

• Completing timely and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress as required by organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
