Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services via teletherapy or in-person sessions, using a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and other modalities relevant to the client’s needs.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and various healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic care, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, leveraging your expertise and trauma-informed approach.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging individuals to seek help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist, you will primarily work with a diverse population in Arlington and surrounding areas.
